Dosiva
Medication reminders and adherence tracking, built as a record rather than an alarm — so you can answer whether you took it, not just when it was due. Unlimited medications, no subscription, works offline.
Movara
Physiotherapy programs that keep an honest record between appointments — adherence, partial sessions, notes — and share it with your clinician per permission, so the first two minutes stop being a memory test.
Liftr
A serious training log that puts bodyweight over every lift graph — because a flat bench press means opposite things depending on which way you're moving. Imports your history from Strong and Hevy. No streaks, no badges.
Meridiem
Your to-do list has no units — a five-minute task and a four-hour task take up one identical line each. Meridiem takes durations, your availability and the gaps in your calendar, and places the work into time that actually exists.

Discovery
We audit the idea, the market and the assumptions underneath it. Brutal honesty before a single wireframe — including telling you when we don't think it works.
Week 1

Strategy
Scope, roadmap and technical architecture agreed together, written down, and held to. What's in version one and what deliberately isn't.
Week 1–2
03
Design
High-fidelity UI for every screen and state — loading, empty, error, success. Reviewed and signed off before engineering starts, so nothing is discovered late.
Week 2–4

Build
Full-stack engineering against transparent milestones. Security, row-level access and privacy reviewed as part of the build, not bolted on at the end.
Week 4–10

Launch
Store metadata, privacy labels, screenshots, submission and review responses. We stay on it through approval and past it — we don't disappear at the finish line.

Our success-first model means we're aligned with your outcome rather than your budget. You don't pay for the build until the product is live. That's how serious we are about shipping — and it's why we're honest with you early if we don't think something will work.
